solid DIGITAL agency experience ESSENTIAL! About You - You’re a highly capable designer with solid agency experience and a sharp eye for detail. You work fast without compromising quality and are confident managing your own workload. You’re proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable taking charge of projects while collaborating with the wider creative and account teams.

You’re fluent across the full Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), understand production requirements, and can move seamlessly between conceptual thinking and roll-out.

You’re comfortable working remotely, communicating clearly, and working across both SA and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

● Design high-quality creative across digital, social, print, OOH, and campaign roll-outs
● Take ownership of briefs from concept to final delivery
● Work at speed while maintaining strong craft and attention to detail
● Interpret briefs clearly and translate them into effective visual solutions
● Prepare final artwork and ensure files are production-ready
● Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to deliver cohesive work
● Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
● Contribute ideas in brainstorms and bring creative thinking to everyday tasks
● Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and campaign executions

Skills & Experience - solid DIGITAL agency experience

● 3–6 years’ experience in a creative / advertising agency environment
● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)
● Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
● Experience across multi-channel campaign work
● Ability to work quickly with a high level of accuracy
● Confident managing your own workflow and priorities
● Strong understanding of print production and digital specs
● Self-starter with a proactive, accountable mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

● Motion / basic animation (After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
● Experience with FMCG, retail, or hospitality brands
● Exposure to UK market work
● Ability to support concepting and campaign ideation

R35 000 - R40 000 depends on experience and skill set.
