About the Role

Brands want engaging centre-court activations, pop-ups, and retail experiences that look amazing on social media. Your mission? Create concepts that turn heads and win pitches. This is not a typical studio role. It’s about big ideas, moodboards, 3D thinking, trend spotting, and innovation that sells.

• Conceptual Design:

  • Dream up fresh, on-trend retail experiences for expos, pop-ups, launches, and event spaces.
  • Build moodboards, storyboards, experience flows, and 3D sketches that sell ideas fast.
  • Translate global beauty and lifestyle trends into smart physical experiences.

• Pitch Support:

  • Develop strong concepts for pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with Sales to make ideas irresistible and boost pitch win rates.

• Design Collaboration:

  • Assist with brainstorming and ensure final designs align with your vision.

• Experienced: 5+ years in conceptual, experiential, or retail environment design.
• Consumer Journey Guru: You know how to create experiences people love.
• On-Trend: Passionate about beauty, lifestyle, and global design trends.
• Visual Thinker: Skilled in sketching, storyboarding, and 3D concepting.
• Innovator: You bring fresh ideas and premium aesthetics.

Tools You Should Know

• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• 3D Tools (SketchUp, Blender, Cinema4D, or similar)
• Hand Sketching is a big plus!
