Introduction
Our client, a dynamic company with two divisions focusing on the in-store advertising and media exchange based in Sandton is looking for an experienced Senior Conceptual Designer who thinks in ideas first, understands global trends, loves beauty and cosmetics and can turn a blank canvas into a retail experience that makes clients say “wow, we want that.”
Please Note: This is not a normal studio-designer role. This is concept + moodboards + 3D thinking + trend spotting + pitch-winning innovation.
Description
Requirements and skills required:
- 4+ years in conceptual, experiential or retail environment design
- Must have knowledge of a 3D program / Concept Tool (Blender, Substance, Dimension, SketchUp, Cinema4D or similar)
- Have background working for an agency advantageous
- Have experience working on events / centre courts / activations / expos is advantageous
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Hand sketching is a big plus

- Elevate our creative direction across retail and centre-court experiences
- Improve pitch decks with smarter concepts and stronger visual storytelling
- Bring in revenue through winning pitches
- Become the creative trend setter for the business
- Lead concept development for most big campaigns
- Unlock revenue through strong winning concepts
- Establish a clean flow: Concept ? Studio ? Production
- Lead the conceptual design culture inside the business
