What you’ll do:
Build high-quality stylized 3D models for characters, creatures, props, and environments.
Produce optimized, mobile-friendly assets with strong readability.
Create clean UVs, efficient topology, and production-ready geometry.
Collaborate with concept, animation, and tech teams to ensure smooth handover.
Work with lighting, materials, and shading to match the defined art style.
Provide variations, iterations, and polish based on feedback.
Support UI teams with 3D renders, asset exports, and icon-ready poses when needed.
Maintain consistency across all 3D assets and visual directions.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years as a 3D Artist in the gaming industry — mobile casual experience required.
Strong portfolio with stylized 3D work that fits casual mobile aesthetics.
Mastery of modeling, sculpting, texturing, and retopology.
Experience creating optimized assets for Unity pipelines.
Ability to translate 2D concepts into clean, appealing 3D models.
Understanding of mobile readability, silhouette clarity, and efficient asset creation.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
Advantages:
Experience with rig-friendly topology for animation.
Experience with lighting or simple in-engine scene setup.
Ability to create quick mockups or simple blockouts for early testing.
