Manager Design & Illustration

About the Role

The incumbent will drive the visual development of high-quality educational books and publishing materials across print and digital formats. The successful candidate will lead a talented creative team, ensuring unparalleled visual storytelling, brand consistency, and accurate, engaging content that supports business needs. This role also focus on optimizing creative workflows to support efficient and scalable content production. By keeping pace with industry trends and technologies, the incumbent will identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring our content remains highly relevant to the market. Constantly evolving our illustration style, layout and look and feel of covers for our various projects 

About You

The successful candidate should have:

* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field with at least 8 years’ relevant experience
* Proven experience in Layout design, Illustrations, Key visual, character design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. 
* Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
