Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma is typically required.
• Basic Math Skills: Ability to calculate quantities, fractions, and other basic math operations.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in measuring and recording ingredients is crucial.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and potentially lift heavy materials.
• Communication Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate with team members.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Production: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment can be beneficial.
