Job Responsibilities
End-to-end design of interfaces, managing the entire development process with proficiency in executing design systems and crafting detailed UI design style guides.
● Conduct brand research, create brand architecture, conduct stakeholder interviews and user surveys, develop user personas, and perform competitor analysis to inform design strategies.
● Evaluate and rationalize design solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's vision, business context, and project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
● Cultivate strong relationships and establish operational rhythms to efficiently implement cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed user experiences.
● Demonstrate basic consulting skills to build trust and provide cohesive, customizable design recommendations to clients.
● Apply creativity, consumer empathy, and business acumen in crafting user interfaces, offering insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
● Actively pursue professional development by participating in educational opportunities, staying abreast of industry publications, and engaging in design seminars with a focus on effective storytelling.
● Communicate clearly and exert a high degree of influence with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration.

Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience
● A digital designer with min 12+ years of experience in creating user interfaces for products and services.
● Hands on experience on tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch,Adobe Illusrator,Photoshop
● An excellent team player with good communication skills who can seamlessly collaborate with developers, copywriters, UX designers, clients and stakeholders.
● An innovative creator who can clearly conceptualize and execute concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high fidelity comps and prototypes.
● An expert with exhaustive knowledge of UI/UX principles & techniques with hands-on experience in creating designs with an existing style guide, who can also develop design systems from scratch.
