Responsibilities
  • Create and implement high-quality real-time and cinematic VFX;
  • Own VFX features from concept to final polish;
  • Collaborate with Art, Design, Tech Art, and Engineering teams;
  • Ensure VFX meets quality, readability, and performance standards;
  • Optimize VFX for performance and platform constraints;
  • Troubleshoot artistic and technical VFX issues;
  • Maintain clean, organized assets following pipeline standards;
  • Mentor and support junior and mid-level VFX artists.


Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a VFX Artist in games, film, or real-time productions;
  • Strong expertise in real-time or cinematic VFX, including fire, smoke, explosions, destruction, magic, and environmental effects;
  • Advanced proficiency in Houdini (procedural FX, simulations, optimization workflows);
  • Solid experience with Unreal Engine (Niagara, materials, Blueprints integration) or equivalent real-time engines;
  • High-level skills in compositing and look development (Nuke / After Effects);
  • Deep understanding of timing, motion, scale, and visual readability;
  • Strong knowledge of rendering pipelines, lighting, and shading fundamentals;
  • Experience optimizing VFX for performance, memory, and scalability;
  • Ability to translate art direction and gameplay needs into high-quality VFX solutions;
  • Comfortable working within production pipelines and version control systems (Perforce, Git);
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a technical-art mindset;
  • English B1+ (speaking).
