ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities:

1. 为即时3D游戏设计,并优化视觉效果;
2. 协同美术总监,程序员和设计师创造高质量,有可玩性卖点的视觉特效;
3. 有高水平的技术理解力,并且能够评估和优化效果;
4. 精通各种相关软件和制作流程,并且将流程发挥到最好的效果;
5. 对游戏机制有深入全面的了解,以便最有效地制作出视觉特效,来传达游戏的关键信息
6. 能够在练习上和制作方法上给予初级美术师指导;
7. 收集用于指导的相关参考资料。
Qualifications:
Proficient in using Houdini, Blender, and other tools to simulate fluid rendering for game assets. Strong proficiency in game engines with Unreal or Unity, including the Niagara system.
WITH YOUR APPLICATION
1. Please show samples of your work that show your ability to create models and/or texture maps used by your vfx.
2. Demonstrate a range of styles
3. Images of sprites, textures and/or recorded effects in action are helpful
能力要求:
1. 较强的技术理解力和能力,能够高效地学习新工具;
2. 需要具备以下软件的技能认知 :模型,UV贴图,素材贴图,特效shader,特效粒子系统,UE5 和 UNITY;
3. 能够将参考材料转化成高精准度的视觉效果;

岗位要求:
1. 拥有游戏行业工作经验;
2.熟练掌握3D建模软件Maya, Max, Blender;精通2D图像软件(Photoshop, SubstanceDesigner 等等其他软件)熟练使用Houdini, Blender等工具模拟流体渲染游戏素材,以及精通游戏引擎例如Unreal, Unity, 其中包含 Niagara 系统运用;
3. 熟练掌握计算机图像的基础知识以及游戏制作的流程;
4. 具备系统的了解美术基础知识,例如色彩原理,灯光,阴影和形式;
5. 有相关的成功的项目经验;
6. 自我管理能力;
7. 优秀的沟通能力;
8. 可证明的管理和激励团队的能力;
9. 加分项:有不同类型的游戏经验;建模,绑定和动画经验;灯光和渲染经验。
