We’re now looking for a Senior Game Artist who combines strong artistic vision with execution excellence and a collaborative mindset. This role is ideal for someone who not only creates outstanding visuals but also elevates creative direction and supports structured delivery within a fast-paced iGaming environment. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our office in Malta, where you can enjoy our full range of local perks and relocation support.

• Design and create market leading art designs for our games
• Create a wide range of visual material from high level concepts to detailed production designs 
• Work closely with Stakeholders in the creation of materials that establish the artistic vision based on the game vision and goal 
• Collaborate with other internal and external artists to elevate the game vision 
• Inspire and mentor other artist as a creative voice in both giving and receiving feedback 
• Follow market game design trends and share with team members to better the quality and design of our games 
• Communicate your designs and visions to the game team to ensure downstream production 
• Research and communicate ways to improve art quality and streamline game art production including new tools, processes, AI and automation.
• Understand game design, playability, and user experience 
• Stay up to date with game design trends 
• Provide art updates showing forward progress for each project 

• Strong proven track record as Artist /Animator with experience in the entertainment and/or game industry 
• Wide range of experience in all areas of game art, including creation of backgrounds, characters, game objects, user interface, creation of 2D/3D objects. 
• Highly creative, well organised, with excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record 
• Delivery of high-quality art assets aligned with the art brief and product vision
• On-time contribution to game milestones within structured production timelines
• Consistent artistic quality across assigned games
• Contribution to process improvement and production efficiency
