Motion Animator / Motion Graphics Designer (2D + 3D)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Motion Animator / Motion Graphics Designer with strong 2D motion fundamentals and practical 3D animation skills to create high-quality visual content for marketing, branding, and digital platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical execution, and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics for marketing campaigns, ads, product videos, explainers, and social media
  
  

• Create 3D-based motion visuals such as product mockups, logo stings, transitions, environments, and simple character animations
  
  

• Animate typography, illustrations, icons, and UI elements with strong motion principles
  
  

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling motion stories
  
  

• Edit and enhance videos using motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
  
  

• Ensure brand consistency across all motion assets
  
  

• Optimize animations for multiple platforms (web, social, ads)
  
  

Required Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (core skill)
  
  

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
  
  

• Hands-on experience with Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D animation
  
  

• Understanding of 3D fundamentals: modeling basics, texturing, lighting, cameras, and rendering
  
  

• Strong grasp of animation principles (timing, easing, composition)
  
  

• Experience with kinetic typography and logo animations
  
  

• Ability to work with Illustrator & Photoshop assets
  
  

• Knowledge of export settings, codecs, frame rates, and aspect ratios
  
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Integration of 3D with After Effects (C4D + AE pipeline, or renders → compositing)
  
  

• Experience creating product visualization and marketing-driven 3D content
  
  

• Familiarity with Lottie / Bodymovin animations
  
  

• Basic sound design and syncing motion to audio
  
  

• Experience in startup, D2C, SaaS, or agency environments
  
  

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in motion graphics / animation
  
  

• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both 2D and 3D work (mandatory)
  
  

• Degree or diploma in Animation, Design, Media, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
