Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality photorealistic assets (buildings, environments, and props) that align with the game's visual style and design guidelines.
- Create high-quality art assets based on provided concepts and references.
- Ensure all art assets meet the quality standards required for the project through regular reviews and constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, discuss development milestones, propose creative solutions, and help establish efficient production pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure artistic consistency and successful integration of assets into the game.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in game development.
- Strong experience with UE5 and 3D software: 3ds Max / Maya / Blender.
- Strong knowledge of ZBrush and Substance Painter / Designer.
- Ability to create, import, test, debug, and optimize 3D assets in UE5 within technical constraints.
- Solid understanding of real-time optimization, AAA production workflows, and Nanite pipeline.
- Experience producing high-quality, game-ready environment assets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent visual quality standards.
- English level A2 or higher.
