Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Image Retoucher with a solid understanding of Photoshop with a minimum of 4 years of retouching and color correction experience. The successful candidate will have a resume and or portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of photo manipulation, color correction, aesthetic proficiency, and problem-solving skills. Creativity and a passion for presenting unique ideas are highly appreciated. Must also possess a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Bridge to succeed in a deadline-sensitive environment.  

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities

• Quickly gain an understanding of the brand and audience to execute photo-based and strategic production work. 
• Evaluate, correct, and create high-quality, organized files from outside vendor photography as well as our existing photo asset library. 
• Work closely with the Art Director, designers, and production to ensure optimal outcome of final web-based and print deliverables. 
• Proactively seek information on project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment on timelines, deliverables, and assets. 
   

What You Should Have
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, photography, or related field. 
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to comprehend briefs and instructions well, and communicate with the team effectively 
• A minimum of 3 years of image retouching and color correction experience. 
• Excellent Photoshop skills, a strong color sense, flexibility, and ability to read targets, understand densities and assimilate existing workflows. 
• A strong resume and or portfolio demonstrating your process and execution of successful retouching and image production work. 
• Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge, and Acrobat. 
• Skills in InDesign and Illustrator a plus. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• An ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with high-quality work
• Must be a self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively with little supervision. 

What You Can Expect
Working Conditions

• Position requires fully remote work scheduled from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Pacific Time 
• Position requires regular, continuous use of computer. 
• Position requires regular interaction with team members through Zoom and Slack 
• Position requires time and screen tracking via Hubstaff 

Work from Home Requirements: 
Own Equipment   

• Own computer (16GB RAM or higher, Win10 or higher, Ryzen 5 or I5 or higher, extra/dual monitor preferred. )
• Reliable high-speed internet access 
• Private, distraction-free environment 

Pay Range

• Pay Rate: ₱49,000 to ₱60,000 per month
