This position is based in Milan Aesthetic Research Center

Milan Aesthetic Research Center is a center of excellence for design located in Milan (Italy). The studio goal is to create compelling customer experiences for Huawei products and retail spaces. At MARC you will find international talents from all Europe with expertise ranging from UX to product, automotive, branding and retail design shaping the future of Huawei products across the word.

Junior 3D Artist in a nutshell

At MARC (Milan Aesthetic Research Center) we are looking for a Junior 3D Artist to join our multidisciplinary design team based in Milan. The team’s mission is to explore and develop innovative aesthetic solutions for the Harmony Operating System and all Huawei devices.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Collaborate with visual designers, motion designers and other 3D artists to conceptualize and design high-quality 3D assets
• Create high quality 3D visuals for digital interfaces, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Manage, revise, and update assets in accordance with business requirements and in alignment with your supervisor's guidance
• Interpret abstract ideas to create compelling 3D assets

What are the skills required for this position?

• +3 years of experience as 3D artist
• Good knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D
• Portfolio showcasing advanced 3D design, rendering skills and creativity
• A deep interest in technology and a passion for exploring cutting-edge design trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who can also work independently, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Willingness to work in a multicultural and international environment.

Other Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of motion design (e.g. After Effects) and UI/UX design tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma)
• Design background and understanding of UI/UX Design
• Knowledge of AI tools
