The Marketing Illustrator Artist in the Creative Agency team plays a pivotal role in creating high-quality illustrations and marketing assets to support promotional campaigns for various games. This includes developing unique and visually appealing artwork for digital channels (user acquisition ads, social media, cross-promotions), as well as print materials such as posters, flyers, event graphics, and branded merchandise.

The role requires close collaboration with Product Managers, User Acquisition teams, and Live Ops Managers while ensuring consistency with the game’s artistic vision and brand identity. The Illustrator Artist combines creativity and technical expertise to deliver assets that captivate audiences and enhance the overall marketing

Working under the guidance of the Creative Agency Lead, the designer brings creativity, precision, and innovation to every project.

Design and Production

• Create high-quality illustrations for various marketing purposes, including banners, social media visuals, app store imagery, and promotional materials.
• Design adapt illustrative assets for in-game marketing content, such as splash screens, event banners, and themed icons.
• Develop creative assets for cross-promotions, user acquisition campaigns, and advertising platforms.
• Create branding materials, such as logos, infographics, presentations, and event-specific designs like posters and merchandise.
• Ensure all designs and illustrations are optimized for their intended platform or format, including print and digital channels.
• Able to use and combine the technical skills, creativity and attention to detail to adapt to diverse styles and project needs.

Communication

• Incorporate client feedback (lead/internal teams/licensor) and ensure revisions are completed on spec and on time.
• Adapt quickly to feedback from stakeholders, including marketing, legal, and licensing teams, ensuring the final product aligns with requirements.
• Participate in meetings and consistently contribute fresh, creative ideas.
• Provide input into the creative direction, shaping the overall narrative and tone of 2D assets.

Consistency & Guidelines

• Learn and adhere to artistic, IP, and licensing guidelines.
• Ensure brand consistency across 2D materials, maintaining a cohesive visual and narrative style across campaigns and platforms.
• Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Organization & Reporting

• Manage and organize design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived for future use.
• Prepare final deliverables in various formats, ready for deployment across platforms like social media, app stores, or print.
• Monitor the performance of static ads and collaborate with internal teams to improve results by providing insights and recommendations.

Innovation

• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative techniques to the projects.
• Propose creative solutions to improve the quality and engagement of marketing materials.

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Web Pack)
• Strong Composition skills, from 2D Ideation Sketches to 3D blockouts
• Strong sketching & drawing skills
• Knowledge of Blender (or any 3D software)
• Strong Layout skills
• Ability to independently manage the entire creative process, from asset preparation to final delivery, while adhering to a creative brief.
• Strong artistic sensibilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for constantly innovating and exploring new techniques.
• An online portfolio and/or demo reel, which must be included with your application.
