Are you a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong eye for design? We are looking for a Home-Based Production Artist to support our U.S.-based partner with day-to-day graphic needs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting digital mockups, vectorizing logos, and preparing visual content that aligns with brand guidelines—all while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure quality and accuracy in every output.
REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Vectorize logos, export correct file formats, and generate mockups for internal use.
Set type and position artwork on promotional products using exact sizing and placement guidelines.
Create product illustrations and layout graphics based on templates and supplier specifications.
Retrieve product templates from vendor websites to create production-ready proofs.
Send artwork proofs to clients for approval and implement necessary revisions.
Ensure artwork files are correctly prepped for production and monitor order status.
Collaborate with sales and production teams to clarify project specs and resolve issues.
Maintain brand consistency while exploring creative ways to enhance visual appeal.
Assist with presentation decks and other design collateral as needed.
Perform ad hoc design and administrative tasks as assigned.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
Experience: 1–3 years as a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
Work Schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US hours.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, InDesign).
Skilled with Microsoft and Google applications.
Familiar with image optimization, color profiles, and proper file structuring.
Experience working with vector graphics, digital proofs, and promotional templates.
