JOB DESCRIPTION 
 
Role: Concept Project Design - Support 
Education: Diploma / Graduation (Interior Design/Civil/Arch) 
Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive Location Corporate office Bangalore 
Experience: 3 – 5 years of relevant experience 
 
Role Summary 
Provide support in delivering on new & existing store concept requirements 


Key Job Responsibilities 
Project Design and Delivery 
 Project feasibility & JMR 
 Create shop fitting drawings, concept drawings as per the zoning layout and concept requirements for 
new stores & Renovation stores. 
 Coordination and follow-up with Dubai team/External Architects for GFC layouts planning for the entire store 
 Address specific requirements from the concept for existing stores & renovation works 
 Understand, align and deliver projects in line with the project delivery schedules (budgeted and non- 
budgeted) 
 Generate fixture/elements BOQs as per defined norms 
 Undertake competition study with reference to look and feel of competition stores, fixtures/elements and processes and share the same 
 Coordination with India Heads & Team Dubai for PJ signoff.  
 Preparation of Fit-out Guidelines for future projects 

Project Database Creation 
 Create and maintain a record of the updated retail store layouts, physical drawings, time spent on 
changes made and budgets 
 Create the brand package and obtain the necessary approvals 
 Provide support in the creation and maintenance of a sample board for each of the concepts based 
on the design pack 
 Provide support in the creation and maintenance of the fixture/elements catalogue in the drawings, 
dimensions, costing and fixture/elements indents with all relevant details 
 Provide support in the creation and maintenance of a library of new materials and technology in line 
with latest trends 
 Maintain and update all project drawings/documents in the shared drive as per the defined structure. 
 Share project progress updates and tracker at regular intervals to all the relevant stakeholders 
 Collect feedback after completion of each project and share the same 
 Conduct weekly project review meetings and ensure timely circulation of the MOM to all relevant 
stakeholders.
