About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in game development and interactive 3D environments, with a solid portfolio demonstrating real-time rendering and asset creation. This role will focus on producing high-quality 3D assets optimized for web, game engines, and immersive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D assets including characters, environments, and props.
• Develop optimized low-poly models suitable for real-time rendering.
• Apply detailed textures, materials, and shaders to enhance visual quality.
• Prepare and export assets in glTF/WebGL formats for web and interactive platforms.
• Integrate assets into Unity and ensure performance optimization.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to meet project goals.
• Maintain consistency in style, quality, and technical standards across all assets.
• Participate in reviews and iterate based on feedback.

Technical Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in game development, interactive 3D, or real-time rendering.
• Strong expertise in character modeling and low-poly asset creation.
• Proficiency in Unity and real-time rendering pipelines.
• Experience with glTF/WebGL workflows.
• Strong skills in texturing, UV mapping, and material creation.
• Familiarity with NFT creation workflows is a plus.
